These terms apply to your use of https://lens.zonova.lk, operated by Zonova Lens of 41/1, Mipilimana, Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You may read, share and link to anything on this site. You may not:

use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
attempt to disrupt or overload the service; or
copy our photographs or content and present them as your own.

Our photographs and content

Unless stated otherwise, the photographs, text, design and graphics on this site belong to Zonova Lens. Gallery images show our own work, published with the permission of the people in them. You may not download, reproduce, edit or republish them — including for social media or commercial use — without our written permission.

Enquiries are not a booking

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Sending us an enquiry, and our reply to it, does not reserve your date. Prices and packages discussed informally are estimates only. A date is held only once we confirm it in writing and any agreed booking fee has been paid.

Sessions and bookings

Each session is governed by the booking confirmation we send you, which takes precedence over these terms. That confirmation covers the date, location, duration, package, price, payment schedule and what you receive. In general:

a booking fee reserves your date and is deducted from the total; the balance is due as set out in the confirmation;
if you need to move a date, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to reschedule, subject to availability;
if we cannot attend because of illness, accident or another event beyond our control, we will arrange a replacement photographer where possible or refund what you have paid; and
outdoor sessions depend on weather and daylight, and may need to be rescheduled.

Your photographs and how we use them

You receive the edited photographs from your session for your personal use — printing, sharing and keeping — for as long as you like. Copyright in the images stays with us.

We will not publish your photographs anywhere without your permission. You can give or refuse that permission when you book, and change your mind later.
Please do not sell your photographs or licence them to a third party, and please credit us if you share them publicly.
Heavy re-editing, filters or crops that change the look of our work should not be published as our photography.

Editing and delivery

We deliver a selected, edited set of photographs — not every frame taken. Selection and editing style are our creative judgement, in keeping with the work shown in our gallery. Delivery timelines are given as estimates and may vary with the size of the session and the time of year. Unedited or raw files are not usually supplied.

Third-party services

This site links to and relies on services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Facebook and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be online, error-free, or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud. For booked sessions, our liability — including in the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images — is limited to the amount you paid for that session, as set out in your booking confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the "last updated" date above, is the one that applies.
